Vision

"Acquire authentic options, workforce employability, Readiness, Commitment, Creativity, and Collaboration"

RC3 allows students to get a job straight out of high school through simulated workplaces, SkillsUSA, FCCLA, and other CTE programs.

Mission

"Connect passion with purpose, simulated workplace, soft skills, career competence"

RC3 allows students to try out different academies to find their calling and provides students with soft skills such as resume building, email skills, marketing, and public speaking.

Values

RC3 provides certifications, hands-on learning, and internships with companies around the area, including Grandview, Hoover City Schools, and various car dealerships around the Hoover area.

RC3 teaches students to respect their teachers and peers as if they were bosses and coworkers in a professional environment.
